Once you place your order, most custom pieces are completed and shipped within 10–12 days.More intricate designs or those requiring specialty stones—such as fancy color diamonds—may take a bit longer. When you receive your design link, be sure to review the Estimated Ship Date for the most accurate timeframe.All completed orders are shipped using UPS 2nd Day Air® at no extra cost. You may upgrade to UPS Next Day Air® at checkout for an additional fee. Please note that upgrading the shipping method does not speed up the production time of your custom jewelry.

Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be rushed. Each piece is handcrafted with care, and production time cannot be shortened. At Diamore Luraya, our average 14-day turnaround is already among the fastest in the custom jewelry world.Our design and crafting teams work efficiently to complete every order as quickly as possible, but we still recommend placing your order 2–4 weeks ahead of any special occasion.You may choose UPS Next Day Air® at checkout for an additional fee, but please note that upgraded shipping does not shorten the production time required to create your custom piece.

Yes — we can craft a piece inspired by the image you provide. However, we do not duplicate another jeweler’s exact design or reproduce any trademarked style. Instead, we’ll create a custom piece that captures the look and essence of your reference while ensuring the final design is unique and original to Diamore Luraya.

Yes — we can design custom earrings or create a piece inspired by another design you love. However, we cannot reproduce another jeweler’s work exactly or copy a trademarked design. Our team will craft a unique version that captures the style and feel of your reference while ensuring the final piece is original to Diamore Luraya.

Alongside lab grown diamonds, we are currently only including created sapphire, created ruby, and created emeralds in the designs. Additionally, we do not create Truly Custom orders in Sterling Silver, and we will not include other retailer or designer logos to avoid infringing on any trademarks.

A Truly Custom design must be structurally sound to stand up to normal wear, and to properly secure the diamond. Our designers will work to create a final design that meets both your design request and these criteria. Please note, we may not be able to create your piece due to price, availability of materials, or inability to maintain the integrity of the piece.

Absolutely. If you’d like to make adjustments to your design, simply schedule an appointment with our Custom Design team so we can review and confirm the updates. When we send your initial design preview, you’ll also receive a link to book a consultation with one of our specialists.After your changes are discussed and approved, our designers will create an updated design render within 2 business days for you to review.

Yes. You may cancel your Truly Custom order within two (2) business days of purchase for a full refund. Any pre-paid deposits will be returned as a credit to your Diamore Luraya account.If you choose to cancel after the two-day window, your order will be refunded as store credit, including any deposits already paid. Store credits never expire and may be used toward any future Diamore Luraya purchase.

You are welcome to enjoy and wear your finished piece as a signature Diamore Luraya creation. However, any design produced through our Custom Design program remains the intellectual property of Diamore Luraya.As the design owner, Diamore Luraya may use the design — including any variations, edits, or refinements — for purposes such as marketing, advertising, promotion, sales, or other brand-related activities, at our discretion.
