Our Promise to You

At Diamore Luraya, we take pride in offering finely crafted jewelry and premium lab-grown diamonds. Every piece purchased from our store is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship at the time it arrives. We also assure you that the brilliance and clarity of our lab-grown diamonds will not fade or cloud over time.

All jewelry is produced using high-quality materials and is thoroughly inspected by our team before being shipped to you.

Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty applies to every order—regardless of price or style—as long as the item was purchased directly from Diamore Luraya. This warranty is valid from the purchase date and cannot be transferred.

What Is Not Covered

While we proudly stand behind the quality of our products, our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, loss of stones, or accidental damage
  • Loss or theft
  • Fading or discoloration caused by chemicals, hot tubs, pools, perfumes, or lotions
  • Improper storage or cleaning
  • Natural thinning of prongs or general metal wear from daily use
  • Stone loss caused by impact or accidental damage
  • Repairs performed by anyone other than Diamore Luraya or an authorized partner

Submitting a Warranty Request

If you believe your item has a manufacturing issue, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the concern
  • A brief description of when you noticed the issue

Our team will review the information to determine whether the repair qualifies under our warranty.

If your item is covered, we will provide:

  • A prepaid, insured shipping label
  • Instructions for sending your jewelry to us for complimentary repair

If the issue is not covered, we will provide a repair estimate. Once approved, we will send a prepaid insured label and begin the repair after payment is received.

Repairs typically take 1–3 weeks. All returned pieces are shipped back in a new jewelry box.

We highly recommend insuring your jewelry to protect against loss, theft, major damage, or center-stone issues such as chips or cracks.

Repair Services

Jewelry may naturally need maintenance over time. We offer professional repair services at our U.S. facility and aim to keep costs fair while maintaining the integrity of your piece.

Unauthorized third-party repairs will void your warranty.

Common services include:

  • Side stone replacement
  • Prong tightening
  • Professional cleaning
  • Re-polishing
  • Rhodium plating

For international orders, we cannot offer resizing due to duties and taxes applied when items cross borders.

Free Ring Resizing

For U.S. orders, we offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of shipment.

If a ring cannot be resized due to design limitations, we will notify you and recommend alternatives. Eternity bands must be remade and are eligible for a one-time remake within the 30-day window.

After 30 days, most rings can still be resized for a small fee, provided it does not compromise the setting.

International orders are excluded from resizing due to customs regulations.

Extend Product Protection

To give your jewelry even more protection, we offer Extend Product Protection, which covers issues outside our manufacturer’s warranty, including:

  • Chipped or cracked stones
  • Bent or damaged clasps
  • Loss of a side stone or center stone
  • Accidental damage

Extend will repair your item at no cost, and if a repair isn’t possible, they will replace it.

Extend also offers refinishing, re-polishing, rhodium plating, and resizing services (after the initial 60 days). Coverage options range from 1 year to lifetime.
