Every Diamore Luraya piece is crafted, inspected, and carefully packaged in our NYC workshop.

Production & Delivery

Standard earrings typically arrive within 3–5 business days of your order, including production and shipping.

Custom pieces may take longer. Our team will confirm your estimated timeline.

Complimentary Shipping

We offer free two-business-day shipping on every order within the United States. Shipping time begins when your order leaves our workshop and is included in the estimated 3–5-business-day delivery window.

Some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for added security.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and a link to follow its progress.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or hasn’t arrived, email info@diamoreluraya.com. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Address Changes

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to make a correction, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot change the delivery address after your order ships.
