At Diamore Luraya, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your jewelry isn’t what you expected, we’re here to make it right with a smooth and simple return process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn
  • In its original condition
  • In the original packaging, including all certificates and accessories

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn earrings.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for another style, metal, or size, we’re happy to assist you. Exchanges follow the same 30-day eligibility requirements as returns.

Once we receive and inspect your original item, we will process your exchange and ship the new piece to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces
  • Made-to-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize your replacement or repair at no cost.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@diamoreluraya.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Carefully pack your item in its original packaging.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

After approval, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
