Are your diamonds real?

Yes. We offer both lab grown and natural diamonds, and both are real diamonds with identical sparkle, hardness, and durability. Every diamond comes with certification.

Do you sell only earrings?

Yes — Diamore Luraya specializes in diamond earrings only. This lets us focus on perfect design, comfort, and brilliance for every pair. We will be offering all jewelry types and collections in the very near future! if you would like to purchase other jewelry types speak with our custom design team to build any jewelry type for the time being!

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

All our earrings are crafted in gold and premium metals that are safe for sensitive ears.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are made in-house at our NYC manufacturing facility in the USA. From start to finish, every piece is produced by our team to ensure it meets our quality standards. We are proud to say we are 100% MADE IN THE USA

What is the difference between lab grown and natural diamonds?

Lab grown diamonds have the same physical and chemical properties as natural diamonds. They differ only in origin — lab grown are created in a controlled environment, while natural diamonds are formed over billions of years in the earth.

Do lab grown diamonds sparkle the same as natural diamonds?

Absolutely. Both sparkle with the same fire, brilliance, and clarity.

Are your diamonds certified?

Yes. Every diamond is either certified by leading gemological laboratories such as IGI, or GIA and inspected by our team of gemologists in house before shipping out our products.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped with priority 2 day shipping and free of charge.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer 2 day priority free shipping on all orders.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we do not offer international shipping at this time. Check back with us soon as we are working on offering worldwide shipping!

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible, unworn items in their original packaging. For details, visit our Return & Exchanges page.

Are custom or made-to-order pieces returnable?

Custom-made, made-to-order, and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Can I return or exchange worn earrings?

For hygiene reasons, worn earrings cannot be returned.

How do I care for my diamond earrings?

Clean them regularly with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. Store them in their original box and avoid contact with harsh chemicals.

Do you offer cleaning or maintenance services?

Yes, we offer in-house cleaning and maintenance services. Please get in touch with our support team so we can assist you with arranging repairs or professional cleaning for your order
